How I Do It
Assess: Find out what’s really going on in your organization, how it feels to be an employee, a manager, and a customer. You can’t fix what you don’t know.
Strategize: Develop a plan to fix culture and management structures, and change the dynamics that are hurting your ability to be successful.
Support: Offer mentoring and support to managers and leaders to help them be the change the organization needs, and sustain that change through future challenges.
